Villa Description

This elegant, tranquil 5-acre villa rests harmoniously among its hilltop surroundings 300 feet above Britannia Bay. Japanese in style, the villa is formed by a series of pavilions clustered around a central koi pond, and flanked by an inviting crescent swimming pool. Shogun is truly two villas in one, with an adjacent two-bedroom complex complete with courtyard and kitchen, called Little Shogun, offering added privacy. Along with dramatic sunset views of the sea and neighbouring islands, guests will enjoy the private one-hole, nine tee golf course set within a landscaped tropical garden.

Rates are European Plan & include:

  • Managing Director's Tuesday evening cocktail party in the great room
  • Laundry Service
  • Dedicated villa staff: Cook, Maid, Gardener (minimum)
  • Use of 6 floodlit tennis courts
  • Fitness Trail
  • 3 vehicles; or 2 Kawasakis & 1 Suzuki

 

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
