The calm Caribbean sea at Lower Bay Bay laps against the white sand beach just steps from these two adjacent villas. The main house has an infinity pool, large bedroom and pool terraces and a private tennis court. The second house has a large ocean front terrace, a roof terrace, bedroom terraces and a calm garden patio terrace. Both have soaring views over the ocean. Lower Bay Bay is a focal point for island entertainment and activities such as tennis, snorkelling, swimming and sunning. A 180 degree panoramic west facing balcony gives birds eye views of the west coast. Newly built, both villas are superbly fitted with stunning furniture and high spec technology. You can truly relax as your every need will be looked after by the charming and helpful staff.


The villas are laid out over two floors. Adjacent to one another they are neighbours at the end of a cup de sac. Steps from the beach.


9 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms that all have a shower and WC and hot water. All bedrooms also have AC and lovely, comfortable beds. Two master suites have bath tubs. One has the added luxury of a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player.

Children will enjoy visiting the Turtle sanctuary, kayaking, learning to sail, fishing, seeking out iguanas, playing football, tennis, cricket and volley ball on the beach, drinking from fresh coconuts and having local fish and chips, jerk chicken or conch souse at the beach. Bequia is recognised widely in the press as an ideal family holiday destination.



Fully Equipped staff can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner at an additional cost. Bar service.
Restaurants on the island are good and varied (Italian, Swedish, French, Caribbean, American)


Map: Bequia is the second largest island in the Grenadines, 10 km South of St Vincent and 8 km north of Mustique. Drive from Bequia airport takes 15 minutes up through Port Elizabeth to Hope Estate.
Air: Private Jet to Canouan island just 5 minutes flight from Bequia’s airport. Fly to Barbados and Bequia airport has daily flights from here. Alternative with chartered plane would be Martinique, St Lucia, or Grenada. It is also possible to fly Barbados - St Vincent and then take the ferry.

  • The house keeper cleans the house and will be on-site 6 days per week. She will change linen, clean the kitchen, sweep and tidy up throughout the day.

    The house keeper will prepare you breakfast and lunch if you desire, this service (excluding food) is included in the rental.  If you require a full time professional chef we can make arrangements for you.


    Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 25% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 25% deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 75% is required 60 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. The minimum period for a reservation is five nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.
