Villa Description

Located at Mt Pleasant, named after its soft constant breeze, Letovah is a beautiful eco friendly contemporary house matching unique features, such as huge corner windows and very high ceilings, to the use of only natural materials. The house has unobstructed views towards both sides of the island (Admiralty Bay & Mustique Island). Tropical wood, stones, pebbles, and pigment, accented by glass tiles and pigmented cement counter tops are some of the elegant elements you will find inside the house.


The very large living and dining room has a fully equipped open kitchen, with unobstructed views encompassing the entire Admiralty Bay, Princess Margaret, and Lower Bay. If you prefer the views of Mustique Island, spend some time in the relaxing den, right off the living room, whose walls have been textured with white sand and indigo blue pigment. This room equipped with a large flat screen TV, Internet connection andphone over Internetwill also allow you to stay in touch with the rest of the world.


The Master bedroom suite with its huge panoramic corner window has also its own terrace overlooking the entire Bay, and encompasses a very large bathroom with a stone wall open shower overlooking Mustique as well as a full dressing room with private refrigerator, dresser, and ample closet space. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and enjoy their private terrace with sweeping views of the entire Bay,


Each of the 3 bathrooms have been exquisitely designed. The bathrooms all equipped by Waterworks, as well as hand carved marble sinks.


The Villa comes with a sensational media package including a DVD player, Audio system, cable TV and a luxurious living area to enjoy everything in! On top of this the Villa has an amazing swimming pool, sure to impress any guest.


The living room opens to a wide terrace with an infinity edge plunge pool from which you will enjoy sunsets for ever. Have your lunch or enjoy a drink at sunset from the main terrace facing Princess Margaret’s beach and Admiralty Bay. Hide from the sun at the hot hours of the day and read your book or nap in a hammock in the courtyard under the pergola facing Mustique. The view from Letovah Villa is gorgeous and the breeze will keep you cool. Here you are less than ten minutes away from Bequia's best five swimming beaches. A twenty minute walk down to Princess Margaret Beach and a five minutes walk to the nearest local shop and bar. 



We can stock the villa for your arrival. The manager runs a lovely, local restaurant two minutes walk from the villa. She also has a little grocery store there so your basic needs and some delicious local treats are close by.
Restaurants on the island are good and varied (Italian, Swedish, French, Caribbean, American)


Map: Bequia is the second largest island in the Grenadines, 10 km South of St Vincent and 8 km north of Mustique. Drive from Bequia airport takes 15 minutes up through Port Elizabeth to Hope Estate.
Air: Private Jet to Canouan island just 5 minutes flight from Bequia’s airport. Fly to Barbados and Bequia airport has daily flights from here. Alternative with chartered plane would be Martinique, St Lucia, or Grenada. It is also possible to fly Barbados - St Vincent and then take the ferry.

  • 1 House keeper (5 days per week) who is a very good cook and charged approx. US$ 45 per meal excluding provisions if you want her to cook.
  • The housekeeper will take care of all your daily basic needs such as housekeeping, as well as preparing your first dinner and breakfast upon arrival. Feel free to ask her to cook for you on a regular basis if you wish (to be arranged directly with the housekeeper).
  • 1 Supervisor (if you arrive after 5 PM, Tinny, our supervisor, will be your first stop at Sugar Hill restaurant right across from our house. She will hand you the keys and get you acquainted with the house.) 
  • 1 Caretaker, Anthony, who will oversee the pool, and the garden daily.
  • If you want to entertain some friends or have a romantic dinner at home, talk to the housekeeper and make a special arrangement.


Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 25% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 25% deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 75% is required 60 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. The minimum period for a reservation is five nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.
