There is a large free-form infinity edged swimming pool as well as a separate heated Jacuzzi and adjacent beachside gazebo suitable for alfresco dining under the stars. The pool terrace features a sunken seating area and leads to the air-conditioned bar room equipped with satellite TV and additional sitting room. Upstairs there is a magnificent master bedroom with en suite bathroom and large adjoining balcony/sitting area with great views of the pool, Jacuzzi, courtyard and the Sandy Lane Beach. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, has an en suite bathroom (with separate tub and shower) and satellite TV in four of the bedrooms. The air-conditioned TV room provides comfortable seating and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, VCR and a surround-sound stereo system. Other Amenities • All Guests staying at Landfall will receive complimentary membership for the duration of their stay to the Sugar Hill Resort Club. This temporary membership entitles guests to a 25% discount off of the listed treatments (not specials) at the Suga Suga Spa, complimentary use of the Suga Suga Gym and the members only beach area, 10% off food and drinks at Mannie's Suga Suga all located at Mullins, St. Peter a 15 minute drive away. Guests will also be entitled 1 hour a day complimentary water sports for 5 of the 7 days that they stay at the villa. Should guests wish to utilise the water sports more than their allotted complimentary time, a 25% off listed prices will be given to them as well. Water sports normally take place on Mullins Beach where the boat is kept and guests can relax in the members area which is equipped with umbrellas, chairs, towels and private bathrooms for their convenience. If it is possible, the boat can also be brought down to them at Landfall for their convenience.
