Villa Description

Rosewood Villa Bequia is an example of high level classic architecture and clean design. Situated overlooking an extraordinarily beautiful, wild and remote beach with turquoise coral reefs off shore. It truly encapsulates the essence of the Caribbean - luxurious but not flash, private but not remote, unique but not just for its own sake. The property has been created out of a virgin piece of land (2 acres) on the edge of the Mount Pleasant, arguably one of the best and most exclusive locations in the Grenadines. Next door to the ex Prime Ministers 10 acre estate in fact. This property caters specifically for those more discriminating owners wishing to avoid a high density and artificial environment, with an emphasis on seclusion, build quality and ambience. Finished and decorated to the highest standards in a classical clean style. The villa has coral stone tiled floors throughout, with green heart timber sliding/folding doors leading onto tatibu-decked verandas.


Laid out over two floors under one roof. On the first floor:2 double bedrooms both with en-suite dressing rooms and bathrooms, a large reception room opening out onto a full length terrace, fully-fitted bar area with wine storage and ice-maker and separate cloakroom. On the ground floor: 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite dressing rooms and bathrooms, another sitting room, fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room, cloakroom and terrace.

Getting there:

Map: Bequia is the second largest island in the Grenadines, 10 km South of St Vincent and 8 km north of Mustique
Air: Private Jet to Canouan island just 5 minutes flight from Bequia’s airport. Fly to Barbados and Bequia airport has daily flights from here. Alternative with chartered plane would be Martinique, St Lucia, or Grenada. It is also possible to fly Barbados - St Vincent and then take the ferry.

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 25% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 25% deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 75% is required 60 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. The minimum period for a reservation is five nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.
