This fantastic apartment is perfectly located within a short distance from restaurants and shops for a perfect beach holiday on glorious Caribbean shores.  Located in one of two apartment buildings built recently by the daughter of a Vincencian dignitary it it affords outstanding views of  quintessential, turquoise ocean scenes. The apartment has been given a chic design, and has French doors at the entrance of each room. The apartment building is situated on the beach front, a sand beach, excellent for swimming. 


The villa has 3 wonderful bedrooms and a lovely dining/living area. The front balcony provides a fantastic spectacle, beautiful sights of the Caribbean islands and ocean.


Friendship Bay Apartment has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom on the top floor has a private deck over looking the beach and ocean. The lower floor bedroom also has a private sea view deck. All have been given a great finish and will be sure not to dissapoint. Each room, as well as being easy on the eyes, is just as practical.


Each bathroom has been given its own unique, chic finish. The Master Bedroom has a full bath, there is a second bathroom and the lower floor bathroom is en-suite.


Close to beach, two large open Living rooms & Kitchen, Dining area, Restaurant close by, Stereo, Wireless Internet, Gas BBQ, DVD Player, TV, Hot Water, Car parking.


The apartment is directly on the shores of Friendship Beach within walking distance to small local shops and bars and to the luxurious beach restaurant at the Bequia Beach Hotel at the far end of this crescent shaped white sand beach scuba diving or snorkelling, swimming, walking, sailing, cycling or fishing



The apartment is self catering. There is a local style bar serving barbecues 2 minutes walk from the house and an international gourmet restaurant a 5 minute walk from the house. Restaurants on the island are good and varied (Italian, Swedish, French, Caribbean, American)


Map: Bequia is the second largest island in the Grenadines, 10 km South of St Vincent and 8 km north of Mustique. Drive from Bequia airport takes 15 minutes up through Port Elizabeth to Hope Estate. Air: Fly to Barbados and Bequia airport has daily flights from here. Alternative with chartered plane would be Martinique, St Lucia, or Grenada. It is also possible to fly Barbados - St Vincent and then take the ferry. Grenadine Escape send a car to meet you at the airport and the house manager welcomes you on arrival. A car and local driving license will be waiting for you should you request them.

  • The house keeper cleans the house and will be on-site 2 days per week. She will change linen, clean the kitchen, sweep and tidy up throughout the day.


If you require a full time professional chef we can make arrangements for you. 


Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 25% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 25% deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 75% is required 60 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. The minimum period for a reservation is five nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.
