A Grenadines villas on the beachfront of Bequia stunning west coast. Secluded yet just a stone's throw from the main part of action on Bequia, Flamingo Villa ( sleeps max. 8) has one of the worlds best voted beaches on its door step with yacht anchorage in the bay and water taxis easily available to take you to town or other beaches. You are secluded here yet only 5 minutes from two more swimming beaches, water sports, sailing and tennis facilities plus all the boutiques, restaurants and markets of the islands international yachting harbour, Port Elizabeth. The Flamingo villa shares beautiful garden grounds with it’s sister villa Mockingbirds. Guests retain their privacy at all times using separate routes to the beach and individual villa entrances.t.


There is a bright open plan living area decorated with lovely lively colours, giving a fresh feel to the living room which features comfortable furniture and cable television. This area opens out onto the balcony offering panoramic views of Princess Margaret Beach and Admiralty Bay.

Next to the living area is a wonderful spacious dining and kitchen area. This area could be used for, formal seating for six, a more casual patio seating with yet again more spectacular beach views, or the breakfast bar facing the colourful kitchen. The kitchen is light and airy, and practical. There is also a barbecue outside by the pool deck and gazebo


Flamingo has three bedrooms. On the ground lies a lovely one bedroom suite with king size bed, private bathroom, private patio, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. This suite enjoys its own entrance along with a mini fridge and cable television. The main floor bedroom, with two double beds, a private bathroom, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and private patio, is fit for a king! On the upper level is the master suite with separate sitting area. This suite has a queen bed, two spacious private balconies, en-suite bathroom, cable television, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. All these rooms have chic, fresh interior décor, and are great havens to relax after a long day at the beach or out and about exploring Bequia.


The 3 bathrooms all have there own unique style. Both practical and stylish, they are sure to put a smile on the face of all. 


This wonderful house comes with a TV, DVD and audio system. Alongside, a swimming pool and a fantastic Gazebo, perfect for having guests.


Outside lies the marvellous swimming pool and stylish Gazebo. The small, cute pool is perfect for children. The Gazebo is perfect for entertaining. One is surrounded by Bequian natural beauty. There is always a new place to explore or new scenery to see.



Fully Equipped staff can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner at an additional cost. Bar service.
Restaurants on the island are good and varied (Italian, Swedish, French, Caribbean, American)


Map: Bequia is the second largest island in the Grenadines, 10 km South of St Vincent and 8 km north of Mustique. Drive from Bequia airport takes 15 minutes up through Port Elizabeth to Hope Estate.
Air: Private Jet to Canouan island just 5 minutes flight from Bequia’s airport. Fly to Barbados and Bequia airport has daily flights from here. Alternative with chartered plane would be Martinique, St Lucia, or Grenada. It is also possible to fly Barbados - St Vincent and then take the ferry.

  • 1 House keeper (7 days per week)
  • The house keeper cleans the house and will be on-site 7 days per week. She will change linen, clean the kitchen, sweep and tidy up throughout the day.


The house keeper will prepare you breakfast and lunch if you desire, this service (excluding food) is included in the rental.  If you require a full time professional chef we can make arrangements for you. 


Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 25% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 25% deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 75% is required 60 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. The minimum period for a reservation is five nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.
