Villa Description

Enter this villa and you are immediately transported into a unique, peaceful world by the wood, water and foliage which surrounds you. Built on a ridge overlooking the Caribbean Sea, this wonderful villa takes advantage of the prevailing trade winds and the most spectacular sunsets. Its ‘floating’ living and dining rooms are accessed by a curved bridge. The five double bedrooms are superbly furnished with king sized, antique four poster beds. Each has its own veranda affording maximum privacy to all guests. The pebble tiled pool, one of the island’s largest, wraps around the black stone, which gives this lovely residence its name.


Spacious indoor and outdoor living and dining areas appear to float between a large, pebble-tiled pool and inner pond. Blackstone also features a well equipped media room, complete with a pocket billiards table for guests’ entertainment.


Five elegant bedrooms; two king, two queen and one twin; feature private verandas, with en-suite bath and dressing rooms.



Each en-suite bathroom is both highly luxurious and practical. Each bathroom has been given its own sophisticated finish.

The majority of our provisions are ordered on the mainland of Saint Vincent although there is an island grocery store and fish market. Food and beverages can be pre-ordered prior to your arrival and menus, special dietary requirements and requests can be discussed before your vacation with theVilla rentals office. Order lists for food and beverages can be sent with your booking confirmation or alternatively, you can wait until your arrival and discuss your preferences with the chef or the butler once on island. All shopping and food and beverage orders will be collected by your villa staff on your behalf and every effort will be made to meet your requests.

Part of the Grenadines is a chain of over 600 islands in the Caribbean Sea, Mustique is a 1,400-acre island favored by celebrities and tycoons for its exclusivity and privacy. Rustic, intimate, and relaxing, Mustique offers all of the typical Caribbean pleasures, such as watersports, sunshine, and nine white-sand beaches outlined by palm trees. The entire island is leased from St. Vincent by the Mustique Company, which is dedicated to preserving the privacy, natural environment, and original charm of the destination.

Air: Private Jet to Mustique island just 45 minutes flight from Barbados or Grenada International Airport. Fly to Barbados and Bequia Airport has daily flights from here. Alternative with chartered plane would be Martinique, St Lucia, or Grenada.

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 9% admin fee will be added to bills.
