Avalon Villa, Bequia is a charming stone house built over two levels, with breathtaking views over the Caribbean sea and the sunset. A private rental property, surrounded and cooled by lush gardens and trees. Secluded yet just 1 minute walk from the picture perfect swimming beach and beach cafes and 15 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants in the harbour. 

INSIDE/LAYOUT

The villa upper level has two lovely en suite bedrooms, a kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The lovely lower level is a self contained apartment for two with a double bedroom and open plan living room and kitchen.

BEDROOMS

3 bedrooms. 1 x King Size, 1 x Twin, 1 x Queen size.

Avalon Upper has two lovely bedrooms, both a great size and with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is plenty of space in which to prepare meals. There is wonderful veranda of a great size, where guests can relax and look out at wonderful ocean views. There is also a dining area so that guests can enjoy meals or sun downer cocktails with the fresh accompaniment of a cool Caribbean Breeze.

A lovely lower level apartment can accommodate two people comfortably in one double bedroom. The room is cool and airy, with a ceiling fan, window and big doors which open out onto the balcony. Wake and to see the sea from your bedroom. The bathroom is also a good size, with everything you need.

    GETTING THERE:

    Map: Bequia is the second largest island in the Grenadines, 10 km South of St Vincent and 8 km north of Mustique. Drive from Bequia airport takes 15 minutes up through Port Elizabeth to Hope Estate.
    Air: Private Jet to Canouan island just 5 minutes flight from Bequia’s airport. Fly to Barbados and Bequia airport has daily flights from here. Alternative with chartered plane would be Martinique, St Lucia, or Grenada. It is also possible to fly Barbados - St Vincent and then take the ferry.

    Deposits

    Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 25% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 25% deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 75% is required 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. The minimum period for a reservation is five nights in high season and 3 nights at all other times. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.
