Private but prime position with sweeping views over the turquoise reefs of the islands Atlantic coast and less than 10 minutes from Port Elizabeth. Accessed from both the front and rear of the house is the main bedroom which has an en-suite toilet hand-basin room andaseparate shower room with large built-in wardrobes opposite. The large opening doors have louvres which, again as with the living room, allow natural cooling thanks to the trade winds.

The guest suites are both large bedrooms with on-suite facilities and walk-in closets. Both are air conditioned.

Under the balcony to the rear isalarge workshop/storage area with another storage area under the left hand side balcony whilst under the house itself is a 22,000 gallon water tank. Hot and cold water are pumped throughout the house usingapressure pump system.

The garden is laid mainly to grass lawn with several palm and fruit trees. Having bushes to the right and trees to the left and rear thus provides an excellent aura of privacy for the house itself. The main house was built in the early with the addition of the guest rooms and swimming pool in 2006/7.
